(Senior) Specialist Finance & Controlling (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bringst deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein. Darüber hinaus bringst du neue Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung des Finance & Controlling Bereiches mit und bist als (Teil-)Projektleitung für die Implementierung eines neuen Reportingkonzepts verantwortlich.
  • Du entwickelst Planungsmechanismen und übernimmst schrittweise fachliche Führungsverantwortung beim strategisch-konzeptionellen Auf- und Ausbau des Bereichs Finance & Controlling in direkter Zusammenarbeit und enger Abstimmung mit unserem Vorstand sowie (Konzern-/Zentral-)Bereichen der msg. Dies bietet dir die Möglichkeit wesentliche Prozesse mitzugestalten und Wachstum zu gestalten.
  • Du steuerst das Auslastungsreporting im Projektkontext und unterstützt bei der Tarifkalkulation.
  • Du verantwortest die Planung und operative Durchführung von Projekten mit verschiedenen Themenschwerpunkten im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung, unter anderem zur Etablierung eines Kennzahlenmanagements (inkl. Dashboards).
  • Du wirkst federführend bei der Erstellung, Planung und beim Controlling von Budgets, Forecasts sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit. Dabei dient deine Arbeit als Grundlage für Managemententscheidungen.
  • Du berätst Projektverantwortliche, Führungskräfte und das Management zu Finance & Controlling Fragestellungen und unterstützt bei Projektbelangen und in Compliancethemen.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikationen sowie relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen, bestenfalls im Beratungsumfeld. Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Controllinginstrumente sind ein Muss, ebenso wie Spaß daran, diese zu erweitern.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel) und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse gängiger ERP-Software wie z.B. SAP.
  • Du verstehst Dich selbst als Business Partner und gehst in deiner Arbeit pragmatisch vor, bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytische Denkweise mit sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darzustellen.
  • Deine fundierten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, deine Projektmanagementerfahrung sowie dein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von unternehmerischen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und regulatorischen Zusammenhängen und Anforderungen bringst du proaktiv ein.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Sorgfalt und Eigeninitiative sowie den Anspruch, dich weiterzuentwickeln und einen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen.
  • Eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit notwendiger Durchsetzungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen zeichnen Dich aus.

Your mission
  • You will contribute your knowledge and skills to our day-to-day operations. In addition, you will bring new ideas for the further development of the Finance & Controlling division and will be responsible for the implementation of a new reporting concept as a (sub-)project manager.
  • You will develop planning mechanisms and gradually take on technical management responsibility in the strategic and conceptual development and expansion of the Finance & Controlling division, in direct cooperation and close coordination with our board and (group/central) divisions of msg. This offers you the opportunity to help shape essential processes and drive growth.
  • You control the utilisation reporting in the project context and provide support in calculating rates.
  • You are responsible for the planning and operational implementation of projects with various key topics on behalf of the management, including the establishment of key figure management (including dashboards).
Your profile
  • You have a degree in business administration or economics or similar qualifications, as well as relevant professional experience in the field of controlling, finance or accounting, ideally in a consulting environment. In-depth knowledge of modern controlling instruments is a must, as is an interest in expanding them.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programmes (especially Excel) and have good knowledge of common ERP software such as SAP.
  • You see yourself as a business partner and take a pragmatic approach to your work, you have a high affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a simple way.
  • You proactively contribute your well-founded conceptual skills, your project management experience and your keen understanding of entrepreneurial, business and regulatory contexts and requirements.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a strong command of German and good English, diligence and initiative, as well as the desire to develop yourself further and create added value for the company.
  • You are characterised by a solution-oriented, structured, self-reliant way of working with the necessary assertiveness and a confident manner at all levels of the hierarchy.
