Your profile
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field provides the foundation for your professional expertise.
- Several years of experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation-focused role have equipped you with a strong understanding of business transformation and organizational change.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and industrial end-to-end processes, ideally within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or medical technology, distinguishes your profile.
- Expertise in business transformation, process management, and data-driven optimization approaches is complemented by hands-on experience with process mining solutions such as Celonis or SAP Signavio.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and professional fluency in German and English enable you to build trusted relationships and drive lasting impact for clients.
