Your mission
You will complement our business development and account management team in the chemicals segment and support the further growth of msg industry advisors with your knowledge of the industry and your network:
- Central responsibility for the further expansion of our Chemicals unit and customer base
- Support of existing customers in customer and business development
- Development and marketing of innovative topics, taking into account the positioning of msg industry advisors
- Acquisition of projects in the customer segment for which you are responsible, management of the entire sales process
- Placement of the service portfolio of msg industry advisors and the msg group with our own customers
- Designing and providing ongoing support for projects (project management or steering committee level)
- Creating marketing documents, attending conferences and industry working groups
Your profile
- You have a degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience in industry and/or consulting, as well as knowledge of the core processes in the chemical industry.
- Customer orientation, resilient network in the relevant industry, proven skills in customer and project acquisition in the consulting market.
- Economic thinking, knowledge of business models in consulting companies and the distribution of consulting services, willingness to take on profit/loss responsibility.
- You have very good communication skills and can mediate between different interests in order to purposefully bring about decisions.
- Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of German and English, are thorough and work well under your own initiative. You are characterised by a high level of customer orientation and an open, positive and confident manner at all levels of the hierarchy.
- You are willing to work remotely and also on a daily basis at our locations and/or on-site at our customers.
