- You analyze the impact of change on organizations and employees as part of transformation and training projects, supporting the process throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- You design training strategies to achieve project goals and implement them independently using client-specific learning infrastructures such as SAP Enable Now.
- You create training materials for IT and HR topics and design full-scale learning platforms, including rollout strategies.
- You develop change management strategies focused on IT and SAP transformation and continuously contribute to enhancing our consulting offerings.
- From the very beginning, you are a key contact for clients in shaping and delivering training and change processes – from assessment to piloting and full implementation.
