Senior Consultant IT Training & Change Management

Deine Aufgaben
(Teil-)Projektleitung im Bereich Training & Enablement:
  • Im Rahmen der (IT-)Transformations- und Trainingsvorhaben unserer Kunden analysierst du die Veränderungen für die Organisation und deren Mitarbeiter. Dabei evaluierst und begleitest du das Projektmanagement des Kunden und hast die Ziele und Ergebnisse der Projekte während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus im Blick. Dein vorrangiges Umfeld werden dabei (IT-)Projekte unserer Kunden sein.
  • Du entwickelst Trainingsstrategien, um die angestrebten Projektziele zu erreichen und setzt diese proaktiv und selbständig um. Dabei bedienst du dich der Lerninfrastruktur unserer Kunden (u.a. SAP Enable Now) und bringst eigene Ideen ein. Dazu kann die Erstellung von Trainings zu IT-Prozessen und HR-Themen oder auch die Konzeption und Realisierung ganzer Lernplattformen gehören.
  • Du entwickelst Change-Strategien insbesondere mit dem Fokus auf Veränderungen in IT-/SAP-Projekten unserer Kunden und entwickelst unsere internen Beratungsprodukte dabei stets weiter. Hierzu evaluierst du kontinuierlich neue Markttrends und hast die Möglichkeit, diese in neue Tools und Services umzusetzen.
  • In der Projektanbahnung bist du Ansprechpartner und wichtiger Ideengeber für die Ausgestaltung von Training und Change Management bei unseren Kunden.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung bei der Steuerung und Organisation der Trainings- und Change-Prozesse: von der Analyse der Ausgangssituation, über Strategie- und Organisationsstudien bis hin zur Erstellung von Pilotkonzepten und der Umsetzung von Roll-Outs.
  • In der Implementierungsphase bist du für die Planung und die reibungslose Umsetzung von Trainings- und Change-Management-Maßnahmen verantwortlich.
Dein Profil
  • Du brennst für Trainings- und Lernthemen und hast Interesse an Veränderungen und deren Verankerung in Organisationen.
  • Deine mehrjährigen sehr guten Kenntnisse im Bereich Training und Change Management als (Teil-)Projektleiter hast du bereits in verschiedenen Projekten unter Beweis gestellt.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in IT- bzw. SAP-Projekten und der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Fachkollegen sammeln können.
  • Mit umfangreichen Schnittstellenkenntnissen z.B. zu Kommunikation, Moderation und Gestaltung schaffst du einen hohen Qualitätsstandard.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits (eigenständig) SAP Enable Now Implementierungen durchgeführt oder hast erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Administration.
  • Für dich ist eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und bestichst durch souveränes Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab.

Your mission
(Sub-)project management in the area of Training & Enablement:
  • As part of our customers‘ (IT) transformation and training projects, you analyse the changes for the organisation and its employees. You evaluate and support the customer's project management and keep an eye on the goals and results of the projects throughout the entire project life cycle. Your primary environment will be our customers’ (IT) projects.
  • You develop training strategies to achieve the desired project goals and implement them proactively and independently. In doing so, you make use of our customers' learning infrastructure (including SAP Enable Now) and contribute your own ideas. This may include creating training courses on IT processes and HR topics or designing and implementing entire learning platforms.
  • You develop change strategies with a particular focus on changes in our customers' IT/SAP projects, while constantly developing our internal consulting products. To do this, you continuously evaluate new market trends and have the opportunity to implement them in new tools and services.
  • In the project initiation phase, you are the point of contact and an important source of ideas for the design of training and change management for our customers.
  • You will take responsibility for managing and organising the training and change processes: from analysing the initial situation, to strategy and organisational studies, to creating pilot concepts and implementing roll-outs.
  • During the implementation phase, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the smooth implementation of training and change management measures.
Your profile
  • You are passionate about training and learning topics and are interested in change and how to embed it in organisations.
  • You have already demonstrated your excellent knowledge in the area of training and change management as a (sub-)project manager in various projects over several years.
  • You have already gained experience in IT and SAP projects and in working with IT colleagues.
  • With extensive interface knowledge, e.g. in communication, moderation and design, you create a high quality standard.
  • Ideally, you have already carried out SAP Enable Now implementations (independently) or have advanced knowledge of administration.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you.
  • You have a university degree and impress with your confident manner and a high degree of initiative.
  • Your very good German and English language skills and willingness to travel complete your profile.
